Sunny day with winds turning easterly was the forecast and they were nearly right except for the wind going southerly 4 - 5 mph prompting a quick court change .Lots of banter this month very good humoured competition with Christian leading the way with a massive 240 meters but Glyn was hot on his heels with an impressive 237 meters and in third was Phil Jones keeping them honest with a great cast of 234 meters.
Despite the hard conditions amazingly we still had casters hitting personal bests, Dan Seymour, Brian Sweet, Ian Conne and David Cieslak pushing ever forward well done lads cracking casting.
Owing to the popularity at the moment Surfcast Wales has realised a need for development days both to fetch casters in to the sport as well as helping them get to a level to compete in the end of month tournament days .
