Another massive turnout today at the home of welsh casting with competitors from all over the country attending, some for the first time taking advantage of our free casting coaches and others cause they just loves it . Although our main priority is safe controlled casting this does not detract in any way from the good humoured banter and loads of laughs. Wind was 10 – 14 mph varied and mainly nnw .

Andy copping won the day continuing his run with truly amazing casting , longest 259m on the 125g with a much bigger one just out of court .Runner up was the welsh casting machine Chris Brayley with 249m on the 150g and in third was our new coaching officer Glyn Baldwin practicing what he preaches with a cracking cast of 242m with 150g .Pb’s were also hit by Rob Yorke ,Brian Sillman , Lewis Nemby, John Gravell and our Rising star 13 year old Garwyn pushing the club records even further .
