An early start or so it seemed with clocks going forward but roll on summer and more fair weather like we had today , the wind mostly down court from the west 5 - 10 mph
Interesting day to say the least with Christian and Phil going for Welsh records on the light leads and after a bit of anything you can do i can do better they eventually split the honours with Christian getting the 50g and Phil the 75g Welsh records well-done lads really was something to see.
As well as his Record Phil also cast the 125g lead a massive 244.65 meters to win the day ,closely followed by Welsh champion Joe Dowling with another huge hit of 242.07 just piping another impressive cast of 242.00 meters by Christian Brayley

Congratulations to all those who achieved personal bests today especially to Adam Slack 215 meters in only his third competition. Great to see some old faces from over the bridge and despite calming they haven't cast for ages managed to put down some very respectable distances.
